Return Policy:

Most of Crown-Molding.com products specify each individual return policy on each products page. Crown-Molding.com works with dozens of warehouses to get you the best pricing and shipping times, each warehouse has specific return policy and procedures therefore an RMA MUST be requested and approved. Any returns without an RMA will not be honored. All returns MUST have a written request emailed to sales@hdpmoldings.com. Any returns without an RMA will not be honored, no exceptions.

All Fiberglass & Royal Stone Columns are made to order and are not returnable or cancellable once in production. All caps & bases in Fiberglass and Aluminum are considered custom and can’t be cancelled or returned once they are in production. Fiberglass Pergolas that are standard sizes and standard white finish can be returned for a 25% re-stock minus original freight and return freight, any colors other than white can’t be returned. All standard Fypon polyurethane products can be returned for a 25% re-stock minus original freight and return freight. Any custom made Fypon products (extend lead-times more than 5-7 business days) can’t be cancelled or returned (see each item description to determine if custom). All Afco products are custom and can’t be returned. All Ekena Polyurethane products can be returned for 25% re-stock minus original freight and return freight. All PVC Column Wraps can be returned for 25% re-stock minus original freight and return freight. All Faux Wood Beams are made to order and can’t be returned. All Vinyl Arbors, Pergolas, & Trellis can be returned for a 25% re-stock minus original freight and return freight. Any items not covered within this written policy must be checked by customer prior to ordering if the specific return policy is not marked on the individual page. NO returns will be accepted after 20 days of shipping the order. Any order that hasn’t shipped or isn’t being manufactured and that can be cancelled without a re-stock can be done with a 5% fee (merchant fees and admin fees).

Shipping Policy & Receiving your order:

Majority of our products are sent via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Those items will be delivered by courier and placed on front door or other areas used as entry points to the specified delivery address by customer. You have 48 hours to inspect the product and send in any damages via email to sales@hdpmoldings.com. Please include your original order number, what items and number of items damaged, as well as pictures.

Any products shipped via Common Carrier / LTL (Pergolas, Columns, Balustrade Orders, etc) must be unloaded by customer at time of delivery. We will have carriers call ahead and schedule delivery time. Our deliveries are NOT curbside and customer is responsible for unloading ALL freight off truck. It is the customers responsibility to check ALL items prior to accepting them from carrier and noting ANY AND ALL damages on the BOL (Bill of Lading) and or POD (Proof of Delivery) prior to signing the BOL. If the damage is not noted at time of delivery, customer assumes all liability and will have to file claim directly with carrier. If the above is followed Crown-Molding.com will file the claim and ship replacement products out at our expense. 

Tracking your order:

Tracking numbers are entered every morning the day after the product ships. They will be available to view in your account provided you did not check out as a guest. We will also send an email to the email address used at check out with the tracking number. Lastly you can always call us at 888-310-2579 to get the tracking info. Most items ship within 5-7 business days, some can take up to 6-8 weeks. Please see each individual item for lead-times on their product pages. Some orders will ship from multiple warehouses, using multiple carriers. Please make sure to receive all deliveries per the manner specified previously. Once your order ships from our warehouse it is outside of our control regarding actual transit times. Most carriers can reach CONUS (Continental United States) destinations within 3-4 business days, in rare occasions it may take longer.

Chargebacks / Cancelations:

In the rare case that a dispute arises, it is understood that all arbitration / lawsuits will take place in the State of Illinois. Customer agrees to reimburse all legal fees, attorney costs, court costs / fees, collections costs if they are found to be the guilty party.

Warranty:

Each product will state what warranty if any is provided. The warranty will be solely for the replacement of the product and will not cover and labor cost or freight cost.

Feedback / Product Ratings:

We love to hear back from you. Every time we receive feedback from registered customers / product ratings on items that you purchased we will give you a 5% discount towards your next order, and an entry into our monthly drawing for prizes or gift cards.
