Fypon wraps are made of PVC, which is sometimes colloquially referred to as ‘vinyl.’ This material is easy to assemble and can be painted with select acrylic paints. As a PVC column wrap, it is meant primarily for decoration and not structural support. Unlike the wood which column wraps are often covering, PVC does not rot, crack, flake, or chip, and it is not subject to insect damage. It is also highly weather resistant.

Because PVC is easily molded by the manufacturer, column wraps of this material come in a wide range of sizes, shapes, and designs.
