These decorative balustrade, rail and newel post systems are manufactured to meet or beet code demands in the majority of instances across the
United States and
Canada. The Simply-Elegant [SE] system utilizes heavy duty uPVC and in some cases steel reinforcing in order to meet the strict quality standards and controls necessary in providing a safe, solid and structurally reliable balustrade system providing years of maintenance free security and good looks.
- The Balustrade System is structural and meets code: 36-1/2" height, 4" spacing
- Can include: posts/caps, rails, balusters, spacers, & hardware.
- Balustrade Top Rail: 7" Wide x 5-1/4" Height
- Balustrade Bottom Rail: 7" Wide x 5-1/4" Height
- Baluster: 4-1/2" Wide x 22" Height

**The $130.00 per lineal foot price suggested would be for twenty one balustrade posts for every twelve feet of railing (The posts are included in the total price per lineal food). Rails are available in 8ft, 10ft, or 12ft lengths. The Balusters provided do meet the 4" ball spacing requirements; as an example, for a 12' section of rail, you would order 21 balusters.
Polyurethane balustrade systems do require a finishing coat of paint to the customer preference.
