While often described as a “Rubber Molding”, our proprietary blend of tested flexible products cut and sand more like solid molding profiles, permitting easier window and door
casing installation
and finishing. Once joints are filled and the molding is painted, you wont be able to tell the difference between the wood molding and the matched flexible profile.
While casings are typically pre-bent to a customer specified radius, the inherent flexibility allows for reasonable adjustment of the profile during molding installation.

We also maintain a library of other nationally available profiles and for those hard to find items, we would be pleased to provide acustom quote for tooling.

Pro-Flex™ flexible millwork products look just like the wood moldings they are meant to match. They are paintable just like wood. You can even stain your molding using gel or solid stains available at your local retailer.
Bent simply as a trim, a baseboard or custom-cast to a specified radius for window casings and radial crowns, one of our profiles is bound to fit your next millwork challenge.
